At Skya.ae, we strive to provide our customers with complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request a full refund or exchange within seven (07) days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, you may request a full refund or exchange within seven (07) days of receiving your order.
- Unopened and Unused Items: You may request a refund for unopened and unused items within seven (07) days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Refund:
- All refund requests must be submitted within seven (07) days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all refund requests.
- Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged item, incorrect item).
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@skya.ae to initiate a refund request.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within seven (07) business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions:
- We do not offer refunds for items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
- We do not offer refunds for items that are on sale or clearance.
